Hi there.
I'm new to this window business and wanna be sure I'm ordering the right part. I think I want the 31" series 385 channel balance.

Channel is 31" long (just the metal part). Has a "30 3 R" stamped.

It looks like your shoe is 1" deep, not 1-3/32". Can you confirm? If it's 1" deep, you want our S380-31. If it is 1-3/32", though, then our S385-31 is your best bet.

Regardless of which one you go with, you'll want the 3030 option.

I just checked with a better measuring tool. Definitely 1-3/32"

Great, in that case I highly recommend our S385-31. I am confident that's what you want.
