Caldwell channel balance

A quick learner from San Diego CA says:

I have a 25" channel balance marked 24 5 CALDWELL IM. It appears to match your Series 380 balances, but I'm not sure which option to get. Can you help?

Great question. Your stamped number of "24 5" would correspond with our 2450 option which holds a sash weight of 24-27 pounds. If you would like additional confirmation to see if that is the appropriate option, you can always remove your sash and weigh it on a scale to make sure it falls in between the 24-27 pound mark.
