Caldwell channel balance

Question

Hello, My window needs some new channel balance. The ones I removed from my windows the numbers disappearing and I cant read them. So I was told by one of your representatives to send you guys pictures to help me identify the type my window uses. I believe the window weight is bout 25-30 LB. The channel balance are 25  inches long. and the brand is Caldwell. thank you

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S351-25 or S390-25, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Concerning the stamp option, you will need a precise sash weight for that. Estimations will not suffice. Once you have an exact weight, you can simply refer to the chart shown on each balance's store page to pick the best option.
