Caldwell channel balance

Hello, the part I am trying to replace is a channel balance. The string inside it snapped. It has an imprint that says 23 3 JS Caldwell.

Thanks for reaching out! Your window balances can be replaced with either the S380-24 or the S385-24. To determine which of these is the correct fit for the window, you'll need to confirm the depth of the shoe.

Our 2330 stamp should work for the repair. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 15 to 18lbs.
