Caldwell? channel balance non-tilt

I am trying to determine which channel window balance I need to purchase to replace a broken one. The metal length is 24", the metal width is 1/2". Your assist would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for writing in. It looks like you have either the S380-24 with a 1" shoe or the S385-24 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

Let me know if it does not match either measurement. You'll need to select the 2340 stamp for an 18 to 23lb window.
