Caldwell replacements

Home Owner from Alexandria, VA
I have several windows that need new channel balancers. (1/2inch)
First set says 32 4 AN Caldwell
Second set says 26 4 CN Caldwell

Do sell replacement parts or have any way to cross reference these items to something sold today?

Yes, we can help you replace these channel balances. The stamps you provided us give us the length and strength of the spring. We need to know what the attachments look like so that we can determine which style of replacement channel balance you need. Please submit a couple photos of both the top and bottom plastic attachments on your channel balance.

*Note: if the plastic attachments differ from the two size channels you need to replace, we will need to see photos of both styles.

Here are the pictures. The plastic attachments are the same on all balancers. A horizontal plastic tab has broken off on the center channel.

It looks like you have the 19-005 top and the 15-004 shoe. This combination of balance attachments is our newly added balance series S385. Order the following balances.

S385-33 with option 3240

S385-27 with option 2640

Hello, I need to order more replacement channel balances similar to the ones I posted here in Aug 2011.

I need 4 more to replace my current ones stamped 26 4 CN

I believe this is the end cap info from my previous order (below). Can you help me set up an order for (4) balancers to replace the old 26 4 CNs I have?

Thanks for posting! Actually, since your last order, we have made this balance one of our standard Series, the Series 385.

Please take a look at our S385-27 channel balance with a 2640 stamp option. Does this meet your specifications?
