Caldwell track replacement

My windows need replacement tracks but both have been removed and discarded. So I have no numbers/series to go by. I have measured where the track would be, from plastic edges 29 3/4. Inside edge is 27. Is there a way to find out what size I need?

My windows are missing the balances.
I have measured the lengthsame but I do have any serial numbers to work with..

Thank you! With this picture, I believe that our Series 390 channel balance is the best match we have. Now, please give us the visible height of the glass and the overall width and height of the sash. I will also need the sash's exact weight. With that information, I can tell you exactly which Series 390 balance would be best for your window.

Okay, great. Seems like you will need the S390-28 side-load balance with a stamp option of 2710, for a sash weight range between 5 and 9 pounds.
