Hello, I am in need of replacing both sides of my Caldwell window track. We recently purchased this house and the window wouldn't work. The metal part is 12 inches in length

Thanks for posting. This looks like either an S380-12 or S385-12 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. See the diagram below for reference. Measure your balance's shoe depth to see which choice is best. For a stamp option go with 1130.
