Hi, I need to replace this Caldwell Window balance in 2 windows. Can you recommend a replacement?

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. Either our S390-25 or S351-25 appears to be a match for what you have here. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the proper Series. Based on the 24 2 stamp on the metal channel, you'll need the 2420 option.
