Hi, I spoke with you a couple of weeks ago about replacing some channel balances. I uploaded three pictures of the balance, a Caldwell 28-4 EM. Inside it has a spring and string mechanism.

I am afraid it's still difficult to see the whole shoe in these photos. If it lacks tabs, or wings on the side, then you seem to have either an S351-29 or S390-29. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a new stamp option choose 2840. |

Great! I'm glad to hear that the S351-29 matches. We sell a ton of top sash guides, so we probably have what you need, but I'll require a picture of the original in order to pick one out. Your balance is compatible with dozens of different kinds. |
