1997 Caldwell Windows. Marked 24 4 IL. Metal measures 25 inches. Non tilt. Window weighs approx 17lbs. I have 27 windows, three different sizes, that need addressed. Would like to start with this one to see if it fixes our issue. Will also be ordering wool and rubber seal. Will need two of these to start. If it works, I will be ordering the remaining hardware from your company. Can you give me a part number for these to get started?

Sure. Let's have you take a closer look at our S380-25 channel balance. You want to measure the depth of your bottom balance shoe, like in the diagram below, to determine if this is the correct balance for you. If so, then you can go with the 2440 option.
