Caldwell window parts???

Question

I need the Mounting Bracket(clear plastic part). Do you have it or a direct placement, Three pieces have failed on different windows on the same side of the house that receives the most sun.

This looks like our 16-031 mounting bracket but look over the specifications to see if you agree.
