Caldwell window sash balance

Hi,

The mark on hardware is 27 4 FN Caldwell. I need to purchase two replacement parts. Please help me find the right part number.

Thanks for posting. I think you may have our Series 350 channel balance, which comes with the 19-002 top and 15-004 bottom. Please look over this hardware and see what you think.
