Caldwell winged block and tackle balance for side load single hung windows

A quick learner from Millbrae, CA 94030 says:
looks like the Caldwell 380 series. One length is 18", the other is 24". The channel is 1/2". The 18" Caldwell supports a 20Lb sash, so perhaps the #1750, and the 24" caldwell a 30lb sash, perhaps the #2360? The bottom foot on both sizes is 1". I also need a top sash guide that looks just like the 18-008 or 18-008H. but mine have only two holes for screws, not three as shown. I would need 3 pairs (6) of the 24" and 1 pair (2) of the 18".

Hello, thank you for posting,

As long as the depth of the bottom shoe attachment is 1", the Series 380 should be a good match for you. For the 18" you will need a 1750 stamp option for a 20 pound window. For the 24", you could use either the 2360 stamp option that supports a 27-30 pound sash or the 2365 stamp that supports a 30-34 pound sash. Either stamp should work fine!

For the top sash guide, please review the style and dimensions of the 18-171 to determine a good fit! Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions.
