The first part to come to mind was our 15-087 but you'll notice our cam differs from yours. Could you show us your pivot bar removed from the sash? That would allow me to confirm if this part is a match.

As for the vent latch and tilt latch, see the 26-122, 26-243, and 26-244. Look over the dimensions for these parts and compare them with yours to see how they match up.
