Calwell non tilt balance and sash guide

Question

I need to replace non tilt Calwell channel balances and sash guides for my vinyl windows. Please help identifying the right replacements. Channel length is 24 inches.

I think the channel balance to replace my existing Cadwell channel balance is S380-24, option 2330. I want to make sure before ordering

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-24 or S385-24 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2330 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
