I am looking for this exact cam handle. This is the center handle / lock on a tall awning window. I have 150+ of these handles and they are starting to fail in my building. Do you have this exact mounting style.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement locking handle that installs with wrap-around installation holes like yours. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
