Cam Pivots from Loewen double hung windows circa early 1990's

A home owner from Scottdale, PA says:
I'm in need of replacing broken cam pivots so that I can restore my Loewen windows back to proper operation. The only thing close that you have on your site is the 26-150 but I'm not 100% sure whether they will work the same, as there are obvious differences in the cam section being wedge shaped instead of rectangular. It's also too bad they are made of zinc instead of steel.
