Cam pivot Marvin double hung

Hi, I'm trying to find this cam pivot for a Marvin window. I have also attached a picture of the label from the side of the window that might help. I looked at your website and some of the stuff you had suggested won't do because it's the incorrect size and I measured it, this piece is approximately an inch tall 5/8 of an inch wide approximately 3/4 of an inch deep at so far the pin sticks out thank you in advance for any help.
