Can 32-081 be used for replacement if u had 082?

My dresser drawers won't close all the way. It has the 32-082 with the metal. Can I leave the metal piece on the drawer and just add the cheaper 081 to that metal piece? I already replaced the 076 piece that is on the dresser slide and that doesn't help it close fully but does help it not open all the way too easily.

Sure, the 32-081 and 32-082 are actually the same exact part. The only difference is that the 32-082 comes with a metal plate and the 32-081 doesn't. They're otherwise totally interchangeable.
