Can 39-025 replace?

Our older 3-season porch has a few awning cranks not working, the one pictured handle broke off. The bottom two screw holes are 1 1/8" a part, the top to bottom screw holes are 5 1/4" a part and the elbow to end of arm is 2 3/8" long. Does the 39-025 come with all screws needed to attach back to window and interior arm?
