Can I add a key to this latch

I am wondering if I could add a key for this latch. Or if you have a replacement latch that is keyed.

Sure, you could add the 82-310 to your outer handle once you punch out the round hole. Just make sure that the tail of the key lock, once installed, will align with the slot in your internal mortise lock. If it doesn't align, it won't work. Let me know if that's your situation and we'll come up with a better solution for you.
