Can I fix???

Hi. I ordered the 2710 and the Window is too heavy. Is there any way I can make the counter balance stronger or do I have to reorder. It won't hold the window open. Thanks.

I'm afraid there is no way to make the spring stronger. You will need to order a new balance with the proper spring strength. We have a chart on the S390-28 store page that tells you exactly how much weight each option can support. I would recommend weighing your sash on a scale to know what would work best.
