Can I get a replacement end fitting for the sash balance

The metal balance (?) is 9/16" wide and 1/2" deep and has BSI and 26C stamped on it. It is from a modular home vinyl window; the old plastic part has cracked badly. I'd like to get a few replacements in case more than one fails.

Hello,

If your balance is in good shape besides the crack in the t-lock shoe, you should be able to switch it out for wither the 1-1/4" 15-195 or 1" 15-196, depending on the size of your shoe. Thank you!
