I don't think you'll be able to find these old springs anywhere. You could contact a local mill work that still makes wood windows and see if they're able to supply you with something. You could also consider our Series 500 spiral balance, along with a bracket like our 17-012. We use these to repair many older wood windows like this. You should look over our information to see if you could get this spiral balance to fit in your window.
