Can I just buy a T-lock Shoe

The shoe is the only thing broken on my existing balance. It looks like your Open Cam will fit into my balance.

Thanks for reaching out! To confirm the correct replacement shoe for your balance or if ours are compatible with your existing balance, may I please see a photo of your shoe removed from the window?

I'll also need to see the end of the metal channel where the shoe connects.
