I need a lock to put on my terrace door and I don't know if you sell the part I need. I have a slider door made by Acorn DorWal. I would like to lock the door from the inside to keep my small children from opening the door. The handle inside the apartment has # L-12D on it and the piece on the outside of the door has #24 on it. I searched your website and my handle looks a lot like product code # 82-055 without the lock and product # 82-055K with the lock. I'm not sure if product # 82-055K is what I need because it looks like the lock would be on the outside of the door (on the terrace). I need the lock on the inside to keep the children from getting outside. I attached 3 pictures of my door. One of the whole door from inside the apartment, one of the handle on the inside of the door and one of the way the back of the door looks from the outside of the door.

It looks like the 82-055 and the 82-055K will work with your application.
They both lock from the inside, but the 82-055K has the ability to be opened from the outside (with the key).
Before we move on, however, please give us the distance from screw hole center to screw hole center. You'll notice the measurement on the 82-055 and 82-055K is 3- 1/2".

Hi Mike. The measurement is 3 1/2 inches from screw to screw.
However,I'm looking to lock the door from the inside.
I need a keyhole entry from the inside.

One possibility is that you can just turn the handle around and put the wood pull on one side and key lock on the side you want. However, because of fire codes you might get into trouble having a key on the inside in case of a fire.
