Can I order just this middle part.

Question

I installed a brand new 82-086 door handle and lock set but my door still will not lock. I would assume that the piece in the middle in the problem is there a part number for that piece ?

Thanks for posting. Yes, if you replaced the handle set and the action still isn't good, most likely the mortise lock needs replacing. See our 82-218. This should replace what you have.
