Can I replace double coil baalnce with a single coil balance

Question

I currently have a double coil spring balance on each side of my windows that are 1/2 inch wide. Can I replace them with a single coil balance on each side? The windows being held up are 45 W X 28 H. If so, would you send me ALL of the new parts #'s and prices so I may order them from you.

I see you purchased our S160-5. Is this the spring you're looking to change? If so, please tell me the weight of your sash and we can see if something else can work.
