Can I replace my Pella lock with this one (90-278)?

Question

See attached pics... just need to replace the Pella window lock itself due to broken cam/lever, the keeper is fine.
The measurements seem to align--2 1/16" between the lock's screw holes, and 11/16" space between the screw holes up to the edge of the window.
I don't normally work with windows so don't know if manufacturers like Pella engineer their windows to only accept OEM locks rather than other manufacturers/brands.

Thanks for writing in! This window lock reminds me of the 90-278 Lock & Keeper. The keeper, sold separately, appears to be the 90-331 Face Mount Keeper.

While I am confident these are the correct match, carefully look over the dimensions below and compare them.
