Can I use 39-044 instead of 39-002?

Ordered your 39-002 product then cancelled. My wife does not want silver. So we are looking at your 39-044 Getty product. My question now is: none of your products state they are made in the USA. I was referred to your company because they said your products were USA. Are your products still made in the USA or are they Foreign. Is 39-044 USA made and also which other products are USA? Also is your locking handle made in the USA? Can the 39-044 be purchased in white?
