Can I use the 40-089 thumb turn as a replacement?

Based on the attached photos can I swap out the existing lockset with the 40-089 Key Tumbler Thumb turn?

Thanks for posting. I agree, our 40-089 looks like a match. I'm having trouble reading your measurements though, so just confirm that your dimensions are the same as ours.
