Can I use the 40-152 and 40-039?

A home owner from Bronxville NY says:

Per photos attached, I have the same door handle/deadbolt as the one in this thread, but my thumb button broke off. I was told by the door salesman that the entire handle would need to be replaced.

Can I use the handle 40-152 + deadbolt 40-039 combo? Or could you suggest a different handle with deadbolt - even one with the lock on top?I would prefer to use the existing pre-drilled holes if possible.

Kindly advise at your earliest convenience.

Thx so much.

As long as you're willing to drill new holes, you can use the 40-152 and 40-039 deadbolt. They're separate peices and they shouldn't interfere with one another. We also sell the 40-177 set, which would work under the same principle, more or less.
