Can I use the 59-068?

A home owner from Randolph, NJ says:

Will the universal spline fit in a 5/16 inch thick aluminum storm window frame? I see there is a 59-067 spline but someone commented that they used something similar and it did not hold the window in.

We removed the old spline and can not get it back in. Is there a special tool for this?

Some 5/16" glass frames won't accept 1/8" glass, just single strength glass. You could try cleaning the frame and see if that helps it accept the 59-067.

We do carry tools for this kind of project, like our 75-068 or 75-019.
