Can i use new style hardware in old Certainteed window?

Hello! You can use our modern 15-192 pivot shoe in older Certainteed brand windows, but there's one key difference that may cause an issue.

The newer 15-192 has aligner "bumps" on the front face that the original shoe lacked. These can get in the way of installation, and as such you may need to trim them off with a utility knife prior to installation.
