Parts for a drawer in my camper

A quick learner from Maynard, MA says:

Dear Sirs:
I have a camper that seems to use drawer sockets like your Drawer Track Back Plate, Pair # 32-089. These have proven to break with time. My question is can your Rear Drawer Track Bracket # 32-010 be used as a replacement? That #32-010 being metal I'd think it would have far less of a chance of breakage on the road. The interior dimension of the hole is not given in your drawing.

The 32-010 Rear Drawer Track Bracket's opening is far smaller than the 32-089 Drawer Track Back Plate Pair. The width is 9/16" and the full height is 1", which goes down to 5/8" at the low end.

It should be noted that the original photos here look more like our 32-012 Rear Drawer Track Socket Pair than they do our 32-089 Drawer Track Back Plate Pair. That said, you should compare the dimensions Paul posted to your original hardware and see what you think the best course of action should be.
