Can you identify this balance attachment?
I can't have a few broken plastic attachments on my window springs but can't find one that looks like this anywhere and they don't have any names on them.
They are on replacement windows with vinyl tracks.

I think we can assist you with this project, but I suspect your balance might need to be a custom assembly. To verify, I'm going to need a clear picture of this shoe removed from the track in undamaged condition. Would that be possible?
Custom balances cannot be returned for a refund so it's important to be certain of exactly what you have without any room for doubt. Currently, your shoe is too obscured to confidently identify.
Additionally, I would like a clear photo of the stamp printed on the metal channel. I'll also need to know how many you wanted to buy altogether.
