Can this door handle be identified?

Hello! I cannot find another door handle like this anywhere. The screws holes are 6 5/8 from center to center. I noticed the reverse side of one of the handles says "Stanley" and a number that looks like "8650".

This exact handle set is no longer made, but we have a replacement option. Take a look at our 82-036. Look over the dimensions and see if you think this could work for you.
