I am having troube finding these top sash guides. I hope the picture with measurements helps as well. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. You were awesome helping me find the banances recently.

I believe you have a Kinco window that is very popular in Florida. Take a look at the 18-044 and 18-166 top sash guides. I'm leaning towards the 18-166, but we recommend you review the specifications for each guide and see how they compare with yours.
