I'm interested in finding out if you can help me find the correct window channels I need for my window.

Thank you for posting. This looks like an odd balance. Specifically, the top attachment is very peculiar. Could I see a couple more pictures of it from a few different angles? Thanks!

Thank you! This balance looks like it has a 19-039 top attachment and 15-002 bottom attachment. Look those parts over and see if you agree. If so, this balance will have to be specially made, since we do not have a standard Series with this combination. Please also confirm that the stamp on your balance reads 2020.
If all that clears, I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link and price quote for your review.

There are two sizes.
The small one is 2020 and the large one is 23c.
I'll look up the item numbers to see if they match. Thanks for the help.

Ah, I see. In that case, I will send you a new link for this. I believe that 23C corresponds to our 2330 option.

I just received and installed the window channels and you guys were dead on, they fit perfect.
It was the perfect window channel I can not stress how helpful you guys were.
