Can you help me find this part

This part is known as a top sash guide. I'm confident we can find a match, but I can't determine what you have based on these photos. I'll need you to show us an undamaged version of this part out of the window. Please take a clear picture of it from the front, and one from the side. Think of it like a mug shot.

The dimensions for these get pretty specific, too. It's not easy to tell what they might be from just a tape measurer. If you'd be able to tell us what the measurements are, that'd be a big help. I honestly wouldn't know where to begin. About 50% of all the top sash guides we carry have a top half that looks like yours.
