Can you help me identify?

Door latch requires adjustment to allow the lock to slide locked. Looking to replace or repair if possible.

The new replacement handles don't work on older doors, since most older doors require a 1 1/2 inch thickness, the new ones are only up to 1 1/8 inch thickness so the hook doesn't line up with the catch

Our parts may work for your 1-1/2" thick door if you can reuse your original screws, but you also have to take into account the position of the lock latch. It may be off-position since the door thickness is different. In the worst-case scenario, you can pack it out with some washers until it's centered.
