Marvin casement window parts

Home Owner from Jefferson, NY

Need to repair my window hardware. I have 1985 Marvin wood casement windows. We thought we found the correct hardware but I wasn't exactly the same as the old. The way the metal hinge was attached was a little different. Hopefully you can help identify and let me know if these are available. Here are some pictures with numbers. My name is Cindy.

Thanks

Hello,

Your photos resemble the 39-032 EntryGard operator. Review the dimensions below, paying close attention to the length of the shorter link arm. We also offer the 39-031 opposite-handed version of this assembly. Both parts use the 39-107FK handle and cover kit.

If you need new hinges as well, take a look at the 36-048 set with a 10" base. Thanks for posting!

Thanks for the information. My trouble is mainly with the operator shaft. Can I replace just that part? Or do you have to buy the whole thing? Here is a photo with the measurements in mm. Shaft length 51.99mm. I would need the shaft and the round ring. Let me know.
Thanks,
Cindy

Unforutnately, the worm gear that the handle attaches to can not be replaced or repaired, so the entire operator would need to be replaced. We apologize for the inconvenience but please let us know if you need anything else.
