I need to replace two channel balances. Both are labeled 26 4 FP Caldwell. They are 27 inches long. Pictures of the plastic attachments are attached. Thank you for the helpful video on how to remove the channel balance.

This looks a lot like our S385-27. Do you agree? Make sure to carefully compare all the dimensions we show, especially that of the bottom shoe. Let me know!

How do I know if it is the S380-27 or the S385-27. They both look exactly the same to me. Also, the top attachment looks slightly different to me. Will it still work properly?

Did you compare the dimensions of your bottom shoe, like I mentioned above? The Series 385 uses our 15-004 shoe, while our Series 380 uses our 15-005. Carefully compare the dimensions shown in the picture below to your own hardware and let me know which is closer.

As for the top attachment, I think our 19-005 is a good match. The slight difference in style shouldn't matter.
