Same thing. I need to replace this handle.

3 15/16 distance between centers.

I recommend looking at our 82-030 patio door handle. This has a 3-15/16" hole spacing as well and I believe will work well on your door.

Problem with recommendation are 1) locking door, and 2) the connecting piece on the door jam and 3) the door is 1 3/4 inch thick (plus a little) so thickness is an issue.

Any help will be appreciated

Hey there, hopefully I can help. The 82-030 handle set comes with an assortment of different length screws that will fit up to a 2-1/4" thick door. The only limitation I see is in the "turn lever," which activates the mortise lock in the door. This handle set comes with two different sizes. One turn lever has a tail of 3/4" long and the other is 1" long.

If you aren't sure about the size of the turn lever, can you send us a photo of yours along with the length of the tail?
