Hi can you help me to identify the channel spring that i?m Looking for? I have a 33 inch long window channel spring with 32D. However, the width looks like 5/8 instead of 1/2 or 3/8 available on your website.
Do you have the 5/8 channel balances available?
Thanks
Can you help me to identify the part number?

Ah, I wouldn't worry about that. There's no 5/8" balance on the market, and I asked around, and it seems like there probably never was.
The 1/2" designation is nominal: meaning it's just a name. The actual measurement is usually 9/16", sometimes touching on 5/8". Just measure the bottom shoe to choose Series 380 or Series 385. The 1" shoe is for Series 380, and the 1-3/32" shoe is for Series 385.

Thanks Ben, mine is 33 inch series 385, but I have a 32D tension, what sash tension should I choose?

32D has been replaced in the industry by 3240. I believe you've already seen that option on the S385-33 webpage.

Thank you Ben. That really helps me.
I have another broken channel balance. It is 28 pound, and the metal part itself is 24 inch. And the mark on the channel is 23-4 GG5 CMC54.
Should I choose S385-24, with 3240 tension?
Thanks

Yes, exactly. S385-24 with the 2340 option is best.
