Could you please help me to identify this window balance.It has a letter and number K 2240,length 23inches,witdh 1/2. Thank you

Thanks for posting. See either our S380-23 or S385-23 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare with your old balance to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2240.
