Can you identify a window by this sticker?

A client has asked me to get his window operational. I have not been to the house yet, I asked to receive photos of any stickers or labels to identify the window.
Do you have parts for this window?

Hi Roger,

Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to say that this sticker does not give enough information to identify the replacement parts you would need for your window. Even if the sticker identified who the manufacturer is, window manufacturers rarely offer full parts lists for an individual series, and even the lists they have prove to be unreliable as there are a range of different parts used for different windows.

It is for that reason we ask for photos of the hardware itself. We have to review each component they want to replace on a part-by-part basis. This means we need clear and unobstructed photos, written dimensions, and at times other details about the hardware.
