identify this tilt window part

Hello,

This is from a Starmark vinyl window by Okna installed in 2011.

The problem started when I tilted the window to clean it. Now it is hard to lower the window completely.

Is it possible to replace this part?

Hello,

If the pivot shoe is the only part giving you trouble, take a look at the 15-135. You'll need to remove your show from the window to compare to the dimensions below. We'll relate a few videos on this page to assist you as well. Thank you!
