Can you just replace the roller on a drawer slider?

That said, it may be possible to replace the wheel if you don't mind doing a bit of handiwork. You're going to have to drill the new one out and install the new one with a screw. There's also the question of which wheel would be best: there are many potential sizes you could be dealing with here.

Before we go any further, can you show me a photo of the old wheel? Can you also tell me its diameter and thickness? With that information, I hope to be able to find you a suitable alternative.
